I’m thinking of renaming this group ‘Social enterprise’

I know it’s different from conscious entrepreneurs, but social enterprise is a central theme for the Bondi community, and the themes are closely tied, so rather than adding a social enterprise group I suggest changing the name of the conscious entrepreneurs group to social enterprise.

I’m considering making our meetups $10 to attend, with more structured events maybe $20.

We still have zero revenue and ongoing costs for platform dev and team, for BIA to be sustainable we do need to cover our costs, though there might be other financial models down the track.

The most obvious one for me is whoever can provide guidance on potential (council-owned) spaces for events, popups, work etc.

But really we need someone to be accessible who can guide entrepreneurs as to who at council they should be speaking to for their specific venture, be it transport, retail, waste, business community engagement etc.

Hmmm, that’s a big ask! Plenty of scheduling tools, not many do both.

But in fact there is a Bondi region startup that does that for Instagram! https://www.plannthat.com/ – mainly scheduling etc but integrates with Canva and has some image editing tools
