There are of course the platforms for freelance work: Upwork, Freelancer.com, People per hour, CloudPeeps etc.
There are some sites for flexible jobs, mainly remote work e.g. https://www.flexjobs.com/
And many tech companies allow remote work indefinitely including Twitter, Square, Facebook, GitLabs, Automattic, 37 Signals etc etc
